Went to big Tex and was not disappointed!!! I should have been coming here. Roman was my salesman and he did an excellent job of explaining everything and getting me in the vehicle I wanted. He got me approved like he said and showed me my options. I definitely recommend big Tex and coming in to see Roman if you need a good quality vehicle

Let me tell you if you want a nice car with nice service! This is where you need to come! Looked all over metro plex to get approved for ugly cars with high miles. Big Tex said yes! 2013 Beautiful Tahoe is now mine! Romero was so nice and so helpful I would give 10 ⭐️

I had to come back and give a review for Ms Sandra! She works in the office of BIG TEX and she is one amazing lady! Going through the pandemic was a ruff time! I had to change my payments around a few times so I could them paid. Not once did she make me feel any type of way but happy to be a customer. She worked with me through it all and with a smile no matter what! This is definitely a place I will always recommend and always go back to service my car! If you ever need assistance, please ask for Sandra… she is awesome!!!!
